I want it noted that I made myself fold ALL the piles of laundry that were laying on my bedroom floor BEFORE I could play on this blog tonight.
No, no, applause isn’t necessary… but, seriously, clap louder! This is a huge deal!
Last week my sister texted me from the grocery store, trying to find the breadcrumbs. She was wanting to make her hubby some yummy fried fantastic-ness, but didn’t know where to look. This got me thinking. I rarely buy breadcrumbs. Why? Because of an awesome tip that one of my grandma’s gave me when I was a newlywed.
You have next to free breadcrumbs!
If your bread isn’t dry enough to process, simply lay the pieces out on a jelly roll pan and bake in a 300° oven for 10-20 minutes, flipping over half way through cooking time. If you are needing seasoned breadcrumbs, you can always sprinkle on a little Italian seasoning, garlic powder, or whatever other herbs you may have on hand.
Welp, there is your random little slice of information for the day!
