- 1 bag chocolate chips allergy free
- 1-2 TBSP coconut oil

Stuff Dates
Place a sheet of parchment paper on a cookie sheet and set aside.
Using a sharp knife, make a slice into the dates and remove the seed. Repeat until all dates are prepped. Discard or compost seeds.
Stuff inside of each date with a little spoonful, roughly 1 tsp, of peanut butter and set on prepared cookie sheet.
Now put 2-3 peanuts into peanut butter stuffed date.
Dip in Chocolate
In a glass bowl, add chocolate chips and coconut oil. Melt in microwave for 30 second increments, stirring occasionally with rubber spatula.
Dip stuffed date, one by one, into the melted chocolate. Fish out with fork and place back on parchment lined pan.
Sprinkle the tops with a little flaky salt, if desired.
Cool
Set aside or stick tray in fridge/freezer to speed up cooling.
Enjoy your delicious, healthier candy!
