Ingredients
  

  • 1 dozen eggs
  • 1 bowl ice filled water

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325°
  • Arrange eggs in mini-muffin tin

  • Bake at 325° for 30 minutes
  • Pull from oven and immediately put eggs in an ice bath to cool for 10-15 minutes
  • Refrigerate until ready to use
