Miss K's Raw Granola

Raw granola that is not only delicious but easy to make and totally customizable to fit your taste buds.

Ingredients
  

Dry

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup almonds crushed
  • 1 cup dried unsweeted coconut
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup dried banana chips crushed
  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp sea salt

Wet

  • cup peanut butter
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 5 TBSP coconut oil
  • ½ tsp vanilla
  • ½ tsp almond extract

Instructions
 

  • Combine the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl and set aside. Put the wet ingredients in a blender and blend. Pour blended wet ingredients over the dry ingredients in the mixing bowl and stir together. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve. Store in fridge.

Notes

If you want to make things easy on yourself, you can grind the nuts, banana chips, and coconut together at one time in blender. You can totally chop and mix everything by hand, but the blender makes this recipe come together in a snap with minimal dishes to do after. Do what works for you.
