Freezer Hamburger Gravel
Make up a big batch of hamburger gravel to stock pile in the freezer. Quick and easy meal prep to make getting dinner on the table a little bit simpler.

  1. Chop the onion and bell pepper.
  2. Heat up skillet.
  3. Add ground meat and chopped veggies to the skillet and cook until done, stirring often.
  4. Drain, if necessary.
  5. Let cool. Portion into freezer containers, label, and freeze.
  6. When ready to use, pull from freezer and add to soup, stews, sauces, tacos, or any other recipe that calls for cooked ground meat. I don’t even thaw it! So handy!
Recipe Notes

Bell pepper is optional. I like to sneak veggies in anywhere I get the chance, but you are welcome to omit them if you’d like.
