I have been trying to pick fabric to make curtains for my office project, and I have to say, I WANT IT ALL!! I just can’t make up my mind. I’m stuck. I’ll be honest, price is definitely a factor here. It’s not easy to find “the” one when you have a small budget, but, it can be done and I’m going to do it! Let me fill you in on the details because I’d love some opinions!
My walls are Benjamin Moore’s Revere Pewter, which is a really soothing “greige” color {greyish/beige} that will ultimately go with anything and everything I choose. I picked it because we all know how fickle I am when it comes to decorating and I wanted to be able to change out fabrics, accents, etc. easily when the mood struck, without having to change the paint. I seriously ADORE this color. It looks a little like fog rolling off the ocean to me, maybe that’s why I love it!
All the trim in the room is white, as is the awesome shelving unit I got at Ikea to organize, hold, and hide my crafting hoard supplies. I am also in the process of installing beadboard in the panels of my desk then I’ll paint the whole thing white. So, with a clean, classic, neutral background, there is a lot of room to play with color. Have I mentioned that I LOVE color? Yep, it’s true. The color scheme for the room is shades of aqua, yellow, orange, a “coral-y” pink, and apple green with accents of black and white.
Here are some fabric choices that I love.

{I found all these fabrics on joann.com and fabric.com. If you have any other fabric ideas that you think would rock in my space, please let me know!}
So, what do you think? Opinions?
Please help a girl out before I seriously lose it. Usually I see it and know it, but I love them all and I’m just not quite sure. Any of them would work great and they are all similar in price.
I just don’t know.
Good lick picking. I like them all but probably #1 and #10 the best

[…] They are orange and I LOVE them. I also finally got my headboard bench done. It is seriously so dang cute. My two youngest have already spent some quality time sitting on the “Repenting Bench”…so much so that Miss June screamed out from her last time out, “I’ll repent! I promise I’ll repent, Mama!” {I had to go hide in the laundry room until I was done giggling!} And, let’s be honest. I might have possibly maybe sorta took a time out the other night, too. What can I say? Trucking is hard on a gal, even if he was only gone for 2 days! Anyhoo. Here’s your sneak… […]
